Well Mark Cuban isn’t wasting anytime. After hiring Gug Mezger as his MMA consultant, he is starting his own MMA fight promotion called HDNet FiGHTS. He will also do this all the while running other MMA promotions on his cable network HDNet.

He is also holding his first event in Dallas, TX. I don’t which thing to get excited over more, Cuban getting into the sport or all these MMA events popping up in TEXAS. The first event of HDNet FiGHTS will be on October 13th in Dallas at the American Airlines Center.
